Puff 3D embroidery is a technique that creates a pronounced relief under the embroidery stitches, giving your logo a spectacular tactile and visual dimension.
How does Puff 3D work?
Before embroidering, heat-resistant foam is placed on the fabric where you want relief. The machine then embroiders over this foam. The heat from the needles lightly compresses the foam while creating tight stitches on it. Result: your logo “emerges” from the fabric.

- Bold text — thick letters make the Puff look spectacular
- Simple geometric logos — circles, rectangles, clean shapes
- Initials and monograms
- Designs with solid fill (no very fine details)
Designs to avoid in Puff 3D
- Very thin dots or lines of a single point thickness
- Gradients and complex details (foam does not support small details)
- Very small text (less than 8mm in height)
