Embroidery is sewn directly into the fabric — it offers a premium, durable and textured look, ideal for company logos on caps and polos. Screen printing is a layered ink printing — it allows vibrant colors in large runs (from 50 pieces) and is perfect for t-shirts and events.
Choose DTF if you have fewer than 50 pieces, a design with many colors, gradients or photos. Choose screen printing for orders of 50 pieces or more with a simple design (1 to 4 colors) — the unit cost will be lower.
Standard production is 7 to 10 business days after approval of the proof. Expedited production options are available upon request.
