What is embroidery?
Embroidery is a decoration technique where a machine guides colored threads directly into the fabric using needles. The design is first digitized to create a stitch file, then embroidered in minutes by machine.
The result is a textured, 3D, and durable finish — synonymous with prestige and professional quality. Embroidery is the standard for corporate logos, caps, uniforms, and all items where durability is paramount.
When to choose embroidery?
Corporate logos
Perfect for simple logos on shirt chests, jackets, and fleece. Embroidery conveys a serious and professional image.
Caps & beanies
The go-to technique for structured caps and beanies. Embroidery holds perfectly on curved surfaces.
Uniforms & workwear
Resistant to repeated industrial washing, embroidery is the standard for food service, security, and corporate uniforms.
Gifts & premium items
Embroidery adds superior perceived value to promotional items, corporate gifts, and premium apparel.
Before ordering embroidery
Digitization fee
A one-time digitization fee (approximately $50) applies to convert your logo into an embroidery file. The file then belongs to you.
Simple designs required
Embroidery is ideal for logos with solid color fills and defined shapes. Photos, gradients, and very fine details cannot be embroidered.
Slightly higher price
Embroidery is generally slightly more expensive than DTF or screen printing, reflecting the durability and premium finish of the result.
Digitization delay
Allow 1 to 2 additional days for digitization if it is your first order with this logo.
