What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a printing method that pushes ink through a mesh screen stretched over a frame, directly onto the fabric. Each color requires its own screen. The result is an impression anchored into the garment fibers — durable, vibrant, and natural to the touch.
It is the preferred method for large orders: corporate logos, team uniforms, event apparel. From 50 pieces, screen printing offers the best value for money on the market.
When to choose screen printing?
Large production runs
The more you order, the lower the price per piece. Screen printing is unbeatable from 50 pieces and up.
Solid colors & logos
Simple logos, text, and graphic designs with clean color fills. Screen printing excels with precise designs.
Maximum durability
Ink integrates into fabric fibers with no raised feel. Unmatched resistance to repeated washing.
Team apparel
Ideal for sports teams, corporate uniforms, and group apparel where color consistency is essential.
Before ordering screen printing
Setup fees
Screen fees apply per color and per design. These costs are quickly offset on large quantities.
6 colors maximum
Screen printing is limited to 6 colors + included underbase. Photos and gradients cannot be reproduced.
Recommended minimum: 50 pcs
Although the minimum is 12 pieces, screen printing becomes truly advantageous at 50 pieces and up.
Drying time
Each color must dry before the next. Allow 7 to 10 business days after proof approval.
